This last weekend Cabo San Lucas Chef Cosme had the pleasure of throwing a birthday fiesta for some special clients in Puerto Los Cabos. Pistachio crusted sea bass grilled to perfection with a side of roasted bell pepper sauce and fresh asparagus.To top it off, they sang him " Las Mananitas" with a handmade Red Velvet Cake and Vanilla Cream Cheese frosting.
